For competitive athletes • ages 13–18

Train the way you think.

Physical skills get reps. Mental skills should too.

ThoughtReps is being built to help young athletes practice the mental side of performance—not just learn about it—so better ways of thinking are easier to access when pressure is real.

The idea

The mind can be trained through repetition, just like the body.

ThoughtReps starts from a simple premise: athletes build physical skill by practicing it over and over. We’re exploring how technology can create repeated opportunities to practice thinking well, too.

01

Practice, not just content

Mental performance shouldn’t only be something athletes read about, listen to, or discuss. The opportunity is to make it something they can repeatedly do.

02

Transfer to real moments

The goal is not to become good at an app. It’s to make useful mental patterns more accessible during competition, especially when the moment feels consequential.

03

Performance first

ThoughtReps is anchored in a problem competitive athletes already care about: performing closer to their best when it matters.

Athlete-first. Sport-agnostic.

Built around the moments athletes already know.

01

After a mistake, when the last play follows you into the next one.

02

Before competition, when expectations get louder than the task in front of you.

03

Under pressure, when confidence, focus, or freedom suddenly feels harder to access.

04

During growth, when self-judgment can compete with curiosity and learning.

Performance is the entry point

What athletes practice in sport can reach beyond sport.

ThoughtReps is not being designed as a generic wellness product. It starts with competitive performance. But the larger aspiration is that the mental skills developed there can also help young people meet challenges with more courage, learn with more wisdom, relate to themselves and others with greater care, and live more freely.
