This policy covers the ThoughtReps public website and early-access invite form operated by Paul Tongyoo.

1. Information we collect
If you request an invite, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, relationship to an athlete, sport/team/club information, and your response about what you would like ThoughtReps to help with. We may also receive basic technical information normally provided by browsers and hosting services.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate interest in ThoughtReps, conduct product discovery and early testing, contact you about participation or product updates related to your request, operate and secure the website, and improve the product and experience.
3. Young athletes
ThoughtReps is initially exploring experiences for athletes roughly ages 13–18. The public invite form is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit health, medical, or other sensitive personal information through this form. Parents, guardians, coaches, and other authorized adults should use appropriate judgment before providing information about a minor.
4. Service providers and storage
We use service providers to host the website and store invite requests. These providers process information on our behalf subject to their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate ThoughtReps, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Retention and choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, and legitimate business records. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and necessary verification.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as ThoughtReps develops. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date when appropriate.
